A3 aims to develop the mind, body, and competitive spirit of our athletes by guiding them through the many beneficial life lessons in competitive volleyball. We foster a training culture where we emphasize 3 core principles:

PASSION - PURPOSE - PRIDE

a passion to compete, in a purpose driven training environment while instilling the self pride in our athletes to prepare for the ATHLON.

ATHLON-  from Ancient Greek meaning "Contest" / "Prize of a contest"

 At A3 Volleyball, our goal isn't to be the biggest volleyball club in Nashville. It is to be the BEST volleyball club at the technical and fundamental skill development of every A3 athlete. Our passion is guiding our players to reach their optimum potential both as a volleyball player and as a person. 

We pride ourselves on staying a small yet very competitive club. Our small size allows a more intimate training environment enabling our coaching staff to pay close, particular attention to the details of developing each and every A3 player member. 

We focus on training the most advanced and current skill mechanics of the game while also training the mind, body and competitive spirit in all of our A3 ATHENA'S!
